Epic Hot Springs and Rentals
- Fuel: LAKEFRONT RENTALS: Fuel is not included in the rental cost and will be an additional flat rate charge added to your booking. Fuel charges are based on standard average consumption rates. Fuel usage can vary based on rider(s) weight, the number of riders, and riding type. Any fuel consumption beyond the first full tank will incur an additional cost per gallon, on top of your flat rate charge. Fuel costs will not be reimbursed if you fill your SeaDoo at a third-party location. You must monitor fuel levels throughout your rental.
TRAILERED MACHINES: Trailered SeaDoos have a lower rate than lakefront rentals because you are expected to refuel the machines before returning them and launch them yourself.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel with 30 days notice or greater there is no charge. If you cancel within 30 days you are on the hook for 50% of the cost of your reservation. Cancellations made within 10 days of the rental start time are non-refundable.
- Cancellation/Adjustment Insurance: For added flexibility, Epic offers cancellation and adjustment insurance: $50 for reservations under $1,500, or 10% of the rental cost for reservations over $1,500. If you opt in, you can cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
- Damage Agreement: We offer optional damage protection to limit your financial liability in case of accidental damage. The cost is $30 per machine for rentals up to 4 hours and $50 per machine for rentals of 5-8 hours. With this coverage, your maximum out-of-pocket expense for damages is capped at $1,500 for watercraft and $3,500 for UTVs (plus tax). If repair costs exceed this amount, Epic will cover the rest. However, if damages occur while violating any water laws, the protection will be void, and you will be responsible for the full cost of repairs.
